The accommodation mostly takes place in Losmen or hotels in mostly simple, clean rooms with own shower or Mandi (basin with refreshing, cold water). Due to the expedition character and the partial not very good infrastructure no high standards can be expected. Komodo In the national park Komodo the double rooms are assigned. We can guarantee neither single nor two-bed rooms there. Number of participants Our journeys are group journeys for individualists. Both the minimum and the maximum number of participants is specified. If the number specified in the program should not be achieved, then we reserve us to suggest the participants to pay the extra costs in order to enable the journey. If the necessary number of participants could not be achieved the journey can be cancelled four weeks before the start (see also general terms of business, par. 8). Climate and travel season Travel season is the whole year, best directly after the rain season (Dec. - March), when it is beautifully green everywhere.Temperaturesare approx. 28°C all the year. Info sheets After the reception you receive a written reservation acknowledgement, the insurance policy as well as a info sheet to culture and customs and a check list. Usually 8-10 days before starting we transmit to you a last circular with the specification of the meeting point and the original tickets. Deadline for reception Cause of our tours are fast booked up due to the limited number of participants and in the vacations in particular, we ask for early announcement. Gladly we are also ready to reserve for you, till when we need the place for a fixed reservation. Notes Since our tours lead often into areas unaffected by tourism, modifications of the indicated tour plan, both before and during the tour, can not be excluded certainly. Likewise flight plan modifications could be possible, which make it necessary to postpone the travel date slightly. Of course we will inform you in time. Visa and vaccination Visa not necessarily for Germans. The passport must be valid by entry at least six months. Malaria protection recommended. Extensions and Stopover Are usually possible after arrangement. |
